1. Product Return & Replacement
Accepted Reasons for Return/Replacement:
- Damaged/Defective Product: If the delivered product is damaged or defective.
- Wrong Product Delivered: If you received a product different from what you ordered.
- Missing Parts: If a part of the product is missing from your order.
Non-Acceptable Reasons for Return/Replacement:
- Altered or Worn Product: Items that have been washed, damaged, or worn.
- Incomplete Returns: Returning a part of a product when the full product was delivered.
- Condition Requirement: Products must be returned in their original condition.
- Combo/Set Sales: Items sold as part of a combo/set cannot be returned or replaced individually.
- Personal Preference: Returns based solely on personal dislike are not accepted.
- Customer-Caused Damage: Products damaged by the customer are non-refundable.
Note: Replacements are subject to product availability on our website.
2. Refund Policy
- Quality Check: All products undergo a strict quality check before shipping. We do not accept returns for items damaged due to customer handling.
- Return Process: After initiating a return request on our website, please return the product to our warehouse.
- Refund Method: Once the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
- For COD Orders: Our Customer Support will provide a refund form for you to submit your bank details. The refund will be processed via NEFT.
- Processing Time: Expect the refund to be completed within 10-12 working days.
- Return Shipping: If our return pickup service is unavailable in your area, you are responsible for returning the product to our company address. In such cases, courier expenses will be deducted from your refund.

4. Shipping Policy
At Royal Export, we are committed to delivering your order with exceptional care and within the promised time frame. We ensure that every package is securely wrapped and handled by reputed courier agencies to guarantee that your products reach you in pristine condition.
- Shipping Schedule: We dispatch orders Monday through Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays. In areas without a reliable courier service, we use Government Registered Bookpost or Speedpost to ensure timely delivery.
- Shipping Charges: Shipping fees are calculated on a per-product basis. For orders containing multiple products, the total shipping charge is the sum of the individual shipping fees for each item. All listed prices are inclusive of taxes (excluding Octroi, if applicable). Note that shipments to the Maharashtra region may incur additional Octroi charges.
- Delivery Timelines: Orders are typically dispatched within 3 working days or as per the delivery date specified during checkout. Most orders arrive within 4 to 10 working days at the address provided at the time of order placement.
- Damaged Shipments: If you receive a product in a damaged condition or notice tampered packaging, please refuse the package and return it to the delivery person. Please ensure that the original product tag and packaging remain intact when returning the item.
- Domestic Shipping: Our domestic shipping service covers all regions within India with the reliable courier partners and methods outlined above. we partner with trusted courier services like Delhivery, DTDC, Xpress Bees, Blue Dart, and India Post to cover all regions nationwide. Standard orders are processed within 1-2 business days and typically arrive in 4-7 business days, with expedited shipping (3-6 days) available for urgent needs. Delivery timelines and charges are as specified.
- International Shipping:
For international orders, additional customs, duties, and shipping fees may apply. Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight, dimensions, and destination. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and local customs regulations. While we prioritize timely delivery, unforeseen delays due to customs inspections, weather, or logistical issues may occasionally occur. Please contact our customer support for detailed information regarding international shipping processes and charges.
- Customs, Duties & Taxes:
- Important: Orders shipped outside India may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
- We cannot predict or control these fees, and they are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.

Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed by Royal Export. Delays can occur due to weather, carrier issues, customs processing (international), or incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses.
- Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding major holidays.

Cancellation Policy
